Shipping & delivery
Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days. The same processing time applies to any products being shipped. Delivery will be dependent on the delivery provider, which in most cases, will be Canada Post.
Refunds
All sales are final on any products sold by Children’s Health Foundation. If you must cancel a transaction, you may do so within 24 hours by emailing sarah@islandkidsfirst.com.
Late or missing refunds
Please contact your credit card company if you are waiting for a refund; please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed.
