Hosting your own fundraiser is not only a powerful way to support Island kids, but it’s also a fun and rewarding experience. By rallying your community—friends, family, colleagues, or classmates—you’re helping Island kids and their families navigate complex health care journeys.
How to get started
There are so many ways to fundraise! From organizing a fun run to hosting a bake sale, your efforts help ensure all Island kids have access to the care they need when they need it. Follow these steps to launch your fundraiser:
Kids Care
Is your child interested in planning a fundraising event?
Kids can help make a difference in the lives of other kids, too! The Kids Care program was created to support young fundraisers—whether they’re raising money on their own, with their school, or as part of a group.
What do kids get in return? In addition to developing important skills like communication, organization, and leadership, participating in Kids Care helps build confidence and self-esteem. Plus, every child who raises $20 or more will receive a special Kids Care certificate to recognize their efforts. A new certificate is awarded each year they take part!
Make a donation on behalf of a child and request a certificate here.
