Meet Noah! Check out Nanaimo Family Magazine’s article about one of our very special Bear Essentials recipients
Check out the latest issue of Nanaimo Family Magazine! We are so pleased to have Noah Thompson, one of our Bear Essential recipients featured on page 6. Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island helped Noah’s family with the purchase of a brand new wheel chair. Noah has cerebral Palsy, and his new wheel chair is sure to help him get where he wants to go. We know it will lead to new hobbies, activities, adventures, and social time with friends too!
One in every 500 babies born in Canada will be diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. You can learn more about Cerebral Palsy on the Cerebral Palsy Association of BC website.
