DESCRIPTION:Higgy’s on the Track is hosting the 9-Hour Motorcycle Endurance Event on Sunday\, August 18th\, 2024\, at the Vancouver Island Motorsports Circuit. Riders will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.\, raising money for several charities\, including the Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island. \nTeams of three riders will take turns conquering the racetrack for nine hours\, with donations made for each lap completed. It’s a fantastic way to watch incredible motorcycle skills on display while contributing to good causes. \nThe event is open to the public with free admission and parking. Spectators can enjoy the action\, grab refreshments at the Upstairs Lounge\, and even follow the live timing feed to see how each team is performing.

DESCRIPTION:This fun-filled\, 12-hour fundraising event is in support of Q̓ʷalayu House\, our Home away from home in Campbell River. Since 2021\, and with the support of our valued partner Vista Radio and generous donors\, Radiothon has raised over $154\,640!  \nCome visit us onsite at Save-On-Foods in Campbell River!  Vista Radio will be broadcasting live from 6 am to 6 pm\, and our team will be rallying on site.  Enjoy a spin of our prize wheel for some fun\, family-friendly goodies! \nOur friends with the Campbell River Rotary Club are joining us again as our BBQ lunch specialists! From 11:30 am to 1:30 pm enjoy a hot dog (regular or veggie)\, chips and a soft drink with a minimum $5 donation. All items have been donated by our amazing partner\, Save-On-Foods.
